USER REGISTRATION

Product Offerings
ECOLO Store portal operates as Marketplace for earth friendly and sustainable lifestyle goods. We make every possible effort to display accurate and precise images, information, specifications, and features of the products. Nevertheless, ECOLO will not be held entitled for colours, accuracy, specifications, details of the products, and also, electronic display may be accurately showcasing the actual colirs and details of the products.
We hold every right to discontinue or terminate the products at any point of time for whatsoever reasons. All displayed products are subject to availability and we cannot assure the all items will be in stock.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We allow users to pay via debit or credit card or UPI through different payment gateways.
We maintain 100% confidentiality of user information including card details, which are encrypted via industry standard encrypted technology.
We assume that you have provided current, accurate and complete information while purchasing on the ECOLO Store. Furthermore, you also agree to update account and payment information, which includes payment methods, card expiration date and email address, registered mobile number. Hence, we would be better placed to complete the transaction.
Prices are subject to change at any time. All payments shall be accepted in Indian Rupees.
You give complete consent to pay the product charges mentioned on the portal and also, any shipping charges applicable extra. You allow us to use our chosen payment gateway to process the payment against the order.
ECOLO reserve the right to turn down the order places via portal. The portal will be in its sole discretion can limit the purchase made by same household, same shipping address/ billing address or same customer account. ECOLO Can limit / cancel the quantities purchase by per person, household or order,
Order Confirmation
You may place an order (“Order”) for Products on the Site by adding the item to your “My Cart” on the Site and clicking the “Buy Now” button. When you place an order, we will issue an order number. This is done by email. By placing an order, you are offering us to purchase the products you have selected under these Terms of Use. The information contained on the website represents an invitation to submit an offer. Nothing on our website constitutes an offer to supply products by us and should not be considered as such. However, ECOLO will make every effort to deliver the product to you. We will let you know that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation email. However, to prevent credit card or payment fraud, we will not officially accept your offer until the order has passed an internal verification procedure to confirm the authenticity of each order. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders. Acceptance of an order is confirmed when the order status changes to "Shipped" in the "My Account/My Orders" section. If we cannot accept your order after confirming payment, we will contact you by email or phone.
GST Charges
In case GST is applicable to you on your purchase made through the portal, in that case final price which is displayed on the site is included with the GST charges.
Product Supply
We would be promptly supplying you with the products which you have ordered via store.
You will be able to see the order history at My Accounts/Order tab.
Product Delivery
ECOLO Store is a marketplace portal, displaying good from various vendors across the country. We source products from vendors all across the country, hence the delivery time may vary.
We try to process your order promptly once we receive the order confirmation intimation with order ID.
We deliver the products through different delivery partners according the area, and delivery time is stated at the time of purchase according the dispatch location and receivers’ location.
We try to deliver products with best and less time frame once the sale is made, but some factors are beyond the reach of ECOLO. Hence, in some cases delivery might take some time and this will be intimated to the buyer in their order section in MY accounts. We do charge for shipping and handling unless specifically mentioned about exemption. We will inform you about shipping and handling charges before placing an order.
For heavy goods, delivery will be assumed at ground floor front door.
However, we are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Sellers are responsible for managing returns and refunds for their products. You must provide clear and accurate return policies for each product listing. In case of exchange, Vendor must keep the product ready for pick up by shipping company with delivery slip printed and pasted on the parcel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return within the 7 days of delivery, then ECOLO is bound to process the refund to the customers excluding shipping charges. ECOLO reserves the right to issue refunds on behalf of sellers in the event of disputes or fraudulent activity.
The goods will be exchanged with in 8 to 10 days after receipt of returned good from the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ECOLO or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Membership
To sell on ECOLO Marketplace, you must register for a seller account. By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your business. You must also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
