Refund policy

Thank you for associating with ECOLO STORE. We hope that you are happy with your order. Nevertheless, for whatsoever reason, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it back to us for an exchange or full refund. Please go through our below return policy :

Stress-Free returns

  • To initiate a return request, you are required to submit the request against the desired product from your order list along with the description of the concern.
  • Kindly upload/email us a picture of the nature of the defect being stated.
  • The return should be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Once the request is received, the ECOLO STORE will evaluate it internally and initiate a return pick-up, if applicable.
  • To return an item, place the item securely in its original brand packaging and keep it ready for courier pick up with brand tags intact.
  • Upon receiving your product, we will notify you by email/SMS and commence refund/exchange, if applicable.
  • Once the parcel reaches us, and is inspected, and deemed fit for a refund, we will issue you a refund minus the cost of courier charges (as this amount goes directly to the courier).
  • Please note, ECOLO Store India reserves the right to process your refund based on the condition of the items received.

For returning the product, you need to simply use Return Tab within your customer login. You, on the other hand, can call us on ECOLO’s Customer service number - 8380069535. You may also write to us at connect@inzis.co with all Order details, Supporting images, and required data, as requested by our service executive.

Free returns :

We don't charge you for returns if the shipping was paid for but if you are returning part or full order where the shipping was free for you then the return would be charged and deducted from the total paid amount for the order initially. This is applicable for returns done if there was no damage to the product.

For any damage from our end or in case of the wrong product was sent you will be eligible for an exchange / full refund

Eligible Products :

  • Manufacturing defects that render the product unusable at the time of delivery (Several of our products are hand-crafted, and minor to significant variations in size, color or finish might occur. These are not covered under the return policy. Eg; coconut shell or upcycled products. Please read the product description clearly before ordering).
  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with original tags intact.

In case you receive a damaged or unusable product, we request you to please take a photograph of it as soon as possible and email it to sales@ecolo.store to apply for an immediate refund.

NON-Eligible Products :

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled
  • Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty.
  • No return for products that are intimate, such as sanitary goods, toothbrushes, tongue cleaners, etc.
  • Gift Cards cannot be returned 
  • Consumable products in case the packaging has been opened
  • Bulky items like furniture, statues, paintings, temples (mandir)
  • Custom made products
  • Products purchased under sale/discounts

The return window for any returnable product is 7 days after receiving the product. Post that, the product will not be eligible for any kind of return request.

REFUNDS: 
You will be notified by our payment gateway. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE) :

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. They can only be exchanged for the same item only if available in stock.

Exchange Policy

You can choose to return an order or product through your login dashboard when you are on ECOLO store and generate a return/ Exchange order and print a label as well.

We can only exchange your products for wrongly sent items ( not matching your order), or damaged products. We cannot exchange a product if you bought it w/o reading the specification of the product in the product description.

The goods will be exchanged with in 8 to 10 days after receipt of returned good from the customer.

Exchange is conditional on sale items.

How to Exchange

In order to process a return or exchange,  the product cannot be used, it cannot be a customized product, and must be retained in its original packaging with stickers or tags as applicable. It must also be in its original condition as received.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will initiate the exchange process, if eligible. In case an exchange is possible, please allow up to 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange in the mode of payment. In case the exchange is not possible, we will notify you by email and initiate a refund.

DISCLAIMER

It is important to note returns, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to returns, refunds, or cancellations. Such guidelines will be mentioned against individual products on the product detail page. In each such case, the guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.
