Thank you for choosing ECOLO Store. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and how we handle the delivery of your products.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 pm IST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping is currently not available.
